How many times have you wondered what the codes on the fresh fruit and vegetables mean as you toss some apples and a few oranges into your shopping cart?  Those codes will tell you whether you just selected top grade fruit or average ones.  They will also tell you if it is organic, grown in America, and if it has been genetically altered.

You are trying to shop wisely for your family but are you selecting the best brands?  It’s expensive buying all organic; is that really necessary?  There are so many varieties of dairy products and juices these days . . .  and what about the health foods?  Getting confused?

Saturday, February 7th I have asked my personal trainer, Buddy Chatham of Live F.I.T Gym here in Salisbury, to meet with my clients and me at Salisbury’s Giant store to show us just how to do a better job of picking and choosing products in the grocery store.  Please join us at 1 p.m. in the produce section.  Stay as long as you wish, do some of your shopping while you listen, and leave when you must.
